## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and paying for an online consultation with AlGhurair Technical Consultancy Co., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The consultation provides professional engineering, technical, commercial, and management consultancy based on the information made available by the client at the time of the consultation.

The consultation is advisory in nature and does not constitute detailed engineering design, legal representation, arbitration services, expert witness services, or the preparation of formal technical reports unless specifically agreed in writing.

## 3. Payment

* Full payment is required before the consultation is confirmed.
* Payments are processed securely through the approved online payment gateway.
* The consultation will only be scheduled after payment has been successfully received.

## 4. Appointment Confirmation

A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent after payment and scheduling.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are available at the agreed date and time.

## 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

* Clients may reschedule their consultation by providing at least *24 hours’ notice*.
* Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally non-refundable.
* AlGhurair Technical Consultancy Co. reserves the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative appointment will be offered.
